Fighting with this character: You can. However, be aware of a few things before going and picking a fight. The man is proficient in the use of alchemy, firearms and swords. He'll refrain from using Alchemy unless he deems it necessary, relying instead on swordplay and firearms. Also due to his eye, he will see any attack launched at him if it is done in a line of sight manner.
Injuring this character : Anything goes as long as it doesn't break bones or worse. Anything beyond superficial cuts, bruises, bites and etc, please ask first.
Killing this character: No, not unless given good reason.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes.
Relationships: Yes, it'll take time to actually become more than acquaintances, but once you get the man to call you friend, you've earned his protection and loyalty. Anything romantically involved however, it'll have to be done slow, just because he can act like a womanizer doesn't mean he actually is one. He's rather attached to a couple people back home still, but if you're willing to go in for the long haul and try to win him, it might be possible over time to achieve, provided those he's attached to back home don't make an appearance.
